The Nairobi Women's Hospital

The Nairobi Women's Hospital has a 250 strong staff capacity. With the hospital's humble beginnings in the year 2001,with only a handful of staff, the hospital has grown to become a major employer in the diverse fields of medicine and other support staff.

From Lab technologists to Business Development Executives, nurses to administrators, doctors to counsellors, tutors to interns, pharmacists to accountants........... the list is endless. This diverse team has been the backbone of the hospital's success and growth. With the staff working together as part of the larger Nairobi Women's Hospital fraternity; we have enhanced our cohesion and hence our team-work.

The management team consists of a team of the CEO and eight General Managers who are in charge of the strategic planning and policy-making responsibilities.
