Since The Nairobi Women's Hospital opened its doors to the public in March 2001, we have offered medical care to the general public on a 24-hour basis, daily. Eight years down the line, we have managed to to treat well over 300,000 clients. Our outpatient centers-both Hurlingham and Adams- incorporate the Family Healthcare Center where all medical consultation services are offered at affordable rates. Over the years, we have treated women, men and children with varied diseases and ailments and from all walks of life. LaboratoryOur Laboratory is open on a 24-hour basis, daily. We are able to do a wide array of laboratory testing, at reasonable costs. We serve not only those seen at our Outpatient and Inpatient facilities, but also those with lab requests from other clinics/ hospitals as well as those wishing to request for certain tests themselves.PharmacyWe have a fully stocked pharmacy that operates on a 24-hour basis, serving not only patients seen at our Outpatient Department, but also those who have prescriptions from other facilities. Our pharmacists are able to adequately advise you on your prescriptions. We also have a drug delivery service known as Dial-a-Pharmacy (DAP) whereby clients, especially on long-term medication, can have their drugs delivered at a destination of their choice within Nairobi. For further enquiries on the DAP service, please call 020-3593770 (direct line).Imaging CentreA team of qualified radiologists and radiographers manage this facility on a 24-hour basis. We have an ECG machine, Ultrasound Scan and X-ray machines, which are available to outpatients attending other clinics and inpatients as well.Ambulance ServicesOur ambulance is state-of-the-art and fully equipped; with all medical necessities and a 24-hour driver and ambulance nurse.
